Not sure why it's such big news that she posts 9. I'm sure all golfers have had a melt down. She has one at the Open...big deal. If it wasn't for girls like her I doubt I'd be watching golf period. Natalie Gulbis anyone??? Both golfers bring viewers, and much like Tiger draw people to the "boring" sport.
Totally agree - Phil Mickleson got a 9 or 10 on a hole last year and nobody really made a big deal about it. I think that part of the reason that people are talking about it is that she is a good golfer but has never won. I always hear somebody say "Michelle Wie has a shot at winning this tournament." Gives me hope for my golf game - even the pros post the same numbers I do haha.
